Haven Huddle Mentors

We've been honored to serve as mentors in the Haven Huddle program in the past, and will be doing so again in 2024. This program is an amazing way for attendees — new and experienced — to make instant connections before the event and have a go-to group throughout for comparing notes and sharing advice.

Haven Speaker Sessions

Chica has led educational sessions at Haven and shared her technical training and expertise to help attendees learn about blogging and grow their websites.

In the session titled "Let's Build a Website with WordPress!" Chica showed how easy it is to set up a basic WordPress site to get started. In fact, we set up an entire demo site from start to finish within the one-hour session!

In the session titled "Website Image Secrets: How file management can improve your SEO", we took a hard look at the technical aspects of image files and how proper naming, sizing, and tagging them can improve your site performance and optimize those images for SEO.
