Berry Stocking Christmas Charcuterie Board
If you're looking for a super simple dessert you can serve at your next Christmas party, a charcuterie board is always a huge hit. This year, I made a fruit board filled with healthy berries and yummy fruit dip, and formed it into the shape of a Christmas stocking, for the perfect addition to my Christmas buffet. And it was so easy to make!
First, let's make a simple fruit dip. Add one block of softened cream cheese to your mixing bowl and beat thoroughly. Add in about 1/4 cup of powdered sugar.
In a different bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Add the beaten cream into your cream cheese mixture, stirring until just combined.
To assemble the fruit stocking, first dust a charcuterie board or serving platter with powdered sugar to look like snow. Then place your strawberries on the board in a stocking shape.
Fill in any holes with raspberries, which are smaller and nestle in quite nicely.
Add your fruit dip mixture to a piping bag and pipe the "fur" top onto your stocking.
And just like that, you have a fun and tasty Christmas-themed fruit charcuterie board that's sure to delight your guests.
The fruit tastes so good in the dip... be sure to have extra on hand in case you need to re-fill.
